Company Presentation
Our company started in 2009 with the creative idea of 6 enthusiastic engineers. We have mainly designed production lines for automotive suppliers, mechanics and engineers. screwing stations, robot gripping systems, assembly, inspection, measuring equipment, devices.
In line with increased market needs and our dynamic development, we launched our resident engineering office in 2012, and in 2013 we saw the time to set up our own assembly and manufacturing workshop. we could become shorter deadlines, become more flexible, and serve our partners’ quality needs at a high standard and promptly.
That’s why our own machine park is made up of new DMG Moriseiki machines. We currently have well-trained engineers and skilled workers who provide the backbone and stability of our company. Our long-term goals include building an Organic Corporate Governance System at our company, which we believe is the future organizational form of JÖN. It is built on a continuous basis, with the direction of our business policy.

Engineer Design
Our experienced engineer’s main focus is on designing inspection and measuring gauges. Our company puts a great emphasis on effective designing. This can be achieved by getting a constant feedback from our manufacturing department, so the errors and anomalies that occur can be corrected. We love new challenges we come across each and every day.
Our team provide production optimalization services for our customers, which is always welcomed for its cost cutting effect.

International supplier representation
Our resident engineering service provides a solution for international automotive suppliers.
We currently have a local office (Audi Hungária; VW Slovakia, Land Rover Nitra), where we provide a full range of services from analysis to measuring instrument sorting.
Production
Thanks to our contact system and 10 years of operation, we have experienced and well-trained skilled workers who have always found a fast and efficient solution to the production problems we have so far. Our workshop has 3 new high-tech DMG machining machines, the tooling and preparedness of which is tailored to individual and small series production. Thanks to our connectivity system, we can produce almost all the components in the automotive industry from prototype to small series production. Our goal is to maintain the growth path we have achieved so far, which we want to realize with new investments and continuous improvement of our colleagues.

Innovateam Hungária Kft., Based in Győr, has been aiming to promote this alternative mode of transport in recent years by purchasing more electric vehicles. People can gain insight into the near future with test guides and hire, get to know and love it.
